Sydney Alliance Leaders Assembly – Register NOW

Key Leaders and Core Teams from 48 Sydney Alliance Partner Organisations will gather at Punchbowl Boys High on May 30 to to mark the moment when the Sydney Alliance moves to public action on its Agenda for the Common Good.
In 2010-11, the Alliance listened to 6500 members of Sydney’s Civil Society organisations, which generated three priority issues for action – Social Inclusion, Community Support and Health, and Transport.
Since then, three Research Action Teams made up of leaders from a cross-section of Sydney Alliance Partner organisations have been working hard, listening in depth to members, refining large problems into focused issues and beginning to plan campaigns aimed at securing change. At this Assembly, the teams will launch their campaigns and Partner Organisations will commit to support particular campaigns or actions. The campaigns will peak at the 2012 City Assembly at the Sydney Town Hall on October 28.
The Assembly is a gathering of delegated representatives of our Organisations – Key Leaders, Core Teams and people who represent various constituencies – or are involved in Districts and Research Action Teams – within each Organisation. Please consider this as you build your delegation. Please note that all registrants will need to be endorsed by their Organisation.
